《羽林郎》新解

New Interpretation of Yulin Lang

辛延年的《羽林郎》,展现了一幅豪奴冯子都对胡姬调笑前的准备、调笑的过程和目的以及胡姬巧妙拒绝调笑的完整图画。“玉壶”“金盘”等并非实物,而是冯子都对胡姬刁难的口舌之辞。“红罗裾”乃权贵所有,“青铜镜”背后刻有表达男女恋情的铭文,冯子都借以表示对胡姬的蔑视和调笑,其最终目的则是行男女之欢。胡姬借用自己身上的衣服以及“青铜镜”所蕴含的映照身体之意巧妙拒绝了冯子都的调笑,以“重前夫”坚定之语粉碎冯子都之不轨意图,可谓集智慧与忠贞于一身。

Xin Yan-nian’s Yulin Lang depicts a picture of the preparation,process and purpose of Feng Zidu making fun of Hu Ji,who cleverly refused.In fact,"Jade pot"and"Golden plate"are not real objects,but Feng’s rhetoric to make things difficult for Hu."Red Luoyuan"is owned by the rich and powerful,while the"Bronze Mirror"is engraved with inscriptions of love,which was used by Feng to deliver his contempt and teasing of Hu,the ultimate goal of which is to make love with her.However,by means of her own clothes and the reflection in the"bronze mirror",Hu cleverly turned away Feng's teasing,terminating his cunning intentions by remarking"respecting the ex-husband",thus created a woman of wisdom and loyalty.
