摘要
目的通过Meta分析的方法明确脑卒中患者运动功能预后的影响因素。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、CINAHL、Ovid Medline、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中关于脑卒中患者运动功能预后影响因素的相关文献,使用纽卡斯尔-渥太华量表评价纳入研究的质量,采用Stata 12.0软件进行分析。结果共纳入14篇研究,Meta分析结果显示危险因素中年龄、女性、合并糖尿病、合并房颤、尿失禁、入院格拉斯哥昏迷指数评分、入院美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、言语障碍、吞咽障碍、认知障碍、卒中复发、卒中史为脑卒中患者运动功能的危险因素,Meta分析合并效应具有统计学意义。结论年龄、女性、合并糖尿病、合并房颤、尿失禁、入院格拉斯哥昏迷指数评分、入院美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、言语障碍、吞咽障碍、认知障碍、卒中复发、卒中史是脑卒中患者运动功能预后的影响因素。
Objective Meta analysis was used to identify the factors affecting the prognosis of post-stroke movement function.Methods Databases including Cochrane Library,PubMed,CINAHL Database,OVID data platform,CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Database and CBM were searched to collect relevant literatures on the factors affecting the prognosis of post-stroke movement function.The quality of the included literatures was evaluated using the Newcastle-Ottawa scale.Meta-analysis was conducted using STATA 12.0.Results Fourteen studies were included.The results of Meta-analysis shows that age,female,diabetes mellitus,atrial fibrillation,urinary incontinence,admission Glasgav Coma Scale(GCS)score,admission National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,speech disorder,swallowing disorder,cognitive impairment,recurrence of stroke,and history of stroke were the risk factors.Conclusion According to present evidence,the risk factors affecting the prognosis of stroke patients with dyskinesia include age,female,diabetes mellitus,atrial fibrillation,urinary incontinence,admission GCS score,admission NIHSS score,speech disorder,swallowing disorder,cognitive impairment,recurrence of stroke,and history of stroke.
