摘要
目的探讨赋能健康教育模式在抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月某三级甲等精神专科医院心身科收治的抑郁症患者186例为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为试验组94例和对照组92例。对照组按照健康教育路径模式进行健康教育,试验组在此基础上实施赋能教育。分别对两组患者干预前后的自我效能、抑郁程度、服药依从性和疾病复发率进行比较,评估干预效果。结果干预后6个月试验组患者自我效能量表得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.662,P<0.01);试验组汉密尔顿抑郁量表得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.186,P<0.01);试验组药物依从性比率量表得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.912,P<0.01);两组疾病复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.133,P>0.05)。结论将赋能健康教育模式应用到抑郁症患者中,可以提高抑郁症患者的自我效能,改善患者抑郁情绪,提高患者服药依从性。
Objective To explore the application effect of empowerment health education model in patients with depression.Methods A total of 186 cases of patients with depression were selected from January 2018 to December 2019 in the psychosomatic department at a 3A-level psychiatric hospital.All the research subjects were randomly divided into experimental group(94 cases)and control group(92 cases).Routine health education was conducted among the control group,and empowerment education based on routine education was carried out among the observation group.To evaluate the intervention effect,self-efficacy,depression degree,medication compliance and disease recurrence rate in the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results Six months after intervention,the self-efficacy scale score in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group with a statistical difference(t=9.662,P<0.01).The score of Hamilton Depression Scale in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group with a statistical difference(t=-3.186,P<0.01).The medication adherence rating scale score in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group with a statistical difference(t=3.912,P<0.01).About disease recurrence rate,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=1.133,P>0.05).Conclusions Applying the empowerment health education model to the health education of depression patients can improve the self-efficacy of depression patients,stabilize the depression mood,and improve medication compliance.
