我国“双一流”高校图书馆助力一流学科建设的研究

The Construction of First-class Discipline by the Double First-class University Library in China

运用文献法和网络调查法,以国内137所“双一流”建设高校建设方案为切入点,结合图书馆网站数据,调查学校和图书馆在资金投入、人才建设、空间设施、文化育人、科研支撑、教学嵌入等方面的现状,重点分析图书馆服务助力一流学科建设的情况。通过调查分析发现,图书馆在助力一流学科建设的过程中,存在学校层面规划设计薄弱、重视不足,图书馆方面宣传力度不够、馆员队伍饱和的同时所需人才短缺等问题,提出通过优化战略规划、设立“双一流”服务专区、推行机构改革等措施,促进图书馆助力一流学科建设工作的有效深入。

By using the methods of literature review and network survey,taking the construction plan of 137“double first-class”universities in China as the breakthrough point,and combining with the data of library website,this paper investigates the current situation of universities and libraries in capital investment,talent construction,space facilities,cultural education,scientific research support,teaching embeddedness,etc.,and focuses on the analysis of the situation that library services help the construction of first-class disciplines.Through the investigation and analysis,it is found that in the process of helping the construction of first-class disciplines,the library has some problems,such as the weak planning and design at the university level,insufficient attention,insufficient publicity in the library,and the shortage of talents needed at the same time when the librarian team is saturated.This paper puts forward some measures,such as optimizing the strategic planning,establishing“double first-class”service area,and carrying out institutional reform,to promote the library to help the construction of first-class disciplines.
