文章从目标任务、合作主体、合作内容、保障机制等方面对安徽省政府10部涉及公共文化政社合作的政策文件加以具体解读和分析,结合安徽省公共文化产品服务政社合作供给与运营实践工作,探究目前安徽省公共文化领域政社合作存在的问题和不足,从明确定位、夯实基础、厘清内容、优化模式选择等方面提出优化策略。

This paper interprets and analyzes the 10 documents of Anhui Provincial government concerning the cooperation of public culture,politics and society from the aspects of objectives and tasks,cooperation subjects,cooperation contents and guarantee mechanism,combined with the practice of the supply and operation of public cultural products and services in Anhui Province,explores the problems and shortcomings of the current political and social cooperation in the field of public culture in Anhui Province,and putsforward optimization strategies from the aspects of clear positioning,solid foundation,clear content,optimization mode selection.
