摘要
目的:了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下临床医学专业学生对人文教育的满意度状况,为我国开展新医科建设以来的医学教育改革提供参考。方法:采取分层随机抽样方法,选取南京市某医科大学484名临床医学专业学生,从基本情况、环境风气、课外活动、课程教学、个人发展5个维度调查医学生对人文教育的满意度,尤其关注疫情期间的满意度状况。结果:回收有效问卷484份。疫情期间学生对学校人文环境风气的满意度均高于学校人文环境风气的一般满意度,其中疫情期间满意度最高的为2019级学生(80,46.8%)和九年制学生(11,50.0%);2016级、2017级、2018级学生对疫情期间学校课程教学的人文满意度高于一般满意度,2019级学生对疫情期间学校课程教学的人文满意度与一般满意度均较高;疫情期间学生对学校课外活动的人文满意度均高于学校人文课外活动的一般满意度,其中疫情期间满意度最高的为2019级学生(81,47.4%)和九年制学生(14,63.6%)。对学生个体发展情况通过学习主动性、个性发展、综合能力提升3个方面进行考查,其中选择“非常好”的数据均具有统计学意义(P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001),2019级学生在3个方面满意度均为最高(48,28.1%;54,31.6%;60,35.1%)。结论:应该全面提升学校人文环境风气建设,推进人文与医学相结合的课程改革,拓宽学生课外人文活动主题,从而提升学生学习动力。
Objective:To understand the status of satisfaction of humanistic education among students in clinical medicine during the epidemic of COVID-19,so as to provide references for the reform of medical education since the construction of new medical science in China.Methods:A stratified random sampling method was used to select 484 clinical medical students from a medical university in Nanjing.The satisfaction of humanistic education of clinical medical students was investigated from 5 dimensions including basic information,environmental atmosphere,extracurricular activities,curriculum teaching and personal development.This study was especially concerned about the status of satisfaction during the COVID-19 epidemic.Results:A total of 484 valid questionnaires were obtained.The students'satisfaction with the humanistic environment of the university during the of epidemic was higher than usual and the students in Grade 2019(80,46.8%)and nine-year students(11,50.0%)had the highest satisfaction.The students in Grade 2016,2017 and 2018 had higher humanistic satisfaction with curriculum teaching of the university during the epidemic than the general satisfaction,while the students in Grade 2019 had higher humanistic satisfaction and general satisfaction with school curriculum teaching.The students'humanistic satisfaction with extracurricular activities of university during the epidemic was higher than the general satisfaction and the students in Grade 2019(81,47.4%)and nine-year students(14,63.6%)had the highest satisfaction.The students'individual development was examined through 3 aspects including learning initiative,personality development and comprehensive ability improvement,the data of"very good"were statistically significant(P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.001)and the students in Grade 2019 had the highest satisfaction in 3 aspects(48,28.1%;54,31.6%;60,35.1%).Conclusion:It is recommended to fully promote the construction of humanistic environment in universities,boost the improvement of the curriculum with the combination of humanities and medicine and broaden the theme of extracurricular humanistic activities of students,thereby enhancing students'learning motivation.
