公安院校学生队列训练管理实证探析——以F学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 强化队列训练是贯彻执行警务化管理制度的重要措施,是落实“从严治警,从严治校”的关键。以F学院为例,进行问卷调查和个别访谈。公安院校日常队列训练中主要存在积极性不高、次数多而效率低、学生潜在动机没有激活,主观认识不到位,学生XY型人格并存问题,影响日常队列训练效果的因素包括训练次数和时长、激励因素及其他因素,结合X-Y管理理论,公安院校日常队列训练应该合理安排训练次数和时长、设计适当的奖惩考评、加强与学生的沟通谈心、打破传统时空限制。 Strengthening queue training is an important measure to implement the policing management system,and is the key to the implementation of“strict police management and strict school management”.This paper takes F Academy as an example and conducts questionnaire surveys and individual interviews.In the daily queue training of public security colleges,the following problems exist,including low enthusiasm,multiple times and low efficiency,the potential motivation of students is not activated,the subjective recognition is not in place,the coexistence of students’XY personality.The factors that affect the effectiveness of daily queue training include the number and duration of training,incentives and other factors.Combining with XY management theory,the daily queue training of public security colleges should reasonably arrange the number and duration of training,design appropriate reward and punishment assessments,strengthen communication with students,and break the traditional time and space restrictions.
