如何迅速、高效、准确地了解和掌握实用文书写作,已成为村干部必备的素质修养。《实用文书写作》是海南开放大学针对海南省农村干部大专学历教育班各专业开设的一门公共基础课。基于海南开放大学2018级海南省农村干部大专学历教育班的问卷调查,分析《实用文书写作》教学成效、存在问题及原因,并结合客观实际,提出课程教学改革建议。

how to quickly,efficiently and accurately understand and master practical document writing has become the essential quality of village cadres.Practical document writing is a public basic course set up by Hainan Open University for the rural cadres in Hainan Province.Based on the questionnaire survey of Hainan Open University 2018 Rural Cadres’junior college degree education class,this paper analyzes the teaching effect,existing problems and causes of practical document writing,and puts forward suggestions for curriculum teaching reform combined with objective reality.
