成渝地区双城经济圈建设的战略演化与推进策略

成渝地区双城经济圈建设是助力西部地区经济社会发展的重要战略,与京津翼协同发展、长三角一体化和粤港澳大湾区共筑我国高质量发展的菱形地理空间。在我国经济发展由高速度增长向高质量发展转向的新形势下,当前成渝地区双城经济圈建设战略存在的主要问题包括:建设世界级的城市群内部合力有待提升,打造高质量发展的重要增长极面临挑战,产业集聚发展规模和发展能级有待加强。为了积极助力成渝地区双城经济圈建设的高质量发展,未来应突出国家中心城市的带动引领作用,以产业一体化协同发展共建全国重要的经济中心,以新兴动能的培育共建全国重要的科技创新中心,以国际门户枢纽的打造共建全国改革开放新高地,以公园城市示范区的建设共建高品质生活宜居地。

The construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is an important strategy to help the economic and social development of the west of China.The Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle will build a diamond-shaped geographical space for China’s high-quality development together with the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the integration of Yangtze River Delta and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area.At the turning point of China’s economic development,the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is faced with the following problems:the internal synergy of building a world-class urban agglomeration needs to be improved;the building an important growth pole for high-quality development is under challenge,and the scale and level of industrial agglomeration development need to be strengthened.In order to contribute to the high-quality development of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,we should highlight the leading role of national major cities,building an important national economic center through coordinated development of industrial integration,building an important national scientific and technological innovation center through cultivation of new kinetic energy,building a new highland of national reform and opening up through construction of an international gateway hub,and building a high-quality livable city through construction of park city demonstration zones.
