对于医疗行业而言,其关乎大众的生命安全,所以德医交融是不可缺乏的职业要求。医学检验技术作为医学发展领域的一部分,在专业课程教学中,除了要为学生传授基础的医学检验技术知识和操作技能,同时还要强化学生职业道德素养的培育,保证学生在今后的职业发展中成为德术双馨的高素质医疗技术人员。在现代社会发展中,创新逐步成为主流旋律,在这一现实诉求下,双创教育成为高校专业改革的趋势,同时为全面培育人才,达到立德树人目标,思政教育的融合成为当前特别关注的内容。从临床疾病的诊断来看,医学检验技术专业的人员尽管不与患者直接接触,但他们所出检验报告是临床医生诊断的窗口,所以要特别重视医学检验技术专业人员的培育。通过思政教育的融合,使其能够全方位发展,兼具深厚的专业技能和思想道德情操。文章以此为方向,探索医学检验技术专业双创教育融入思政教育的基础条件和改革措施。
