微课—慕课—翻转课堂在临床护理心电知识教学中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的分析微课—慕课—翻转课堂立体教学模式在临床护理心电知识教学中的应用效果。方法将2019年6月—2020年5月期间在心血管内科实习护生50名纳入到研究中,按其先后顺序进行分组,2019年6月—2019年11月到科实习护生25名作为对照组,2019年12月—2020年5月期间到科实习护生25名作为观察组,接受微课—慕课—翻转课堂立体教学模式,比较两组护生考核成绩、教学效果评价、教学满意度等。结果观察组教学满意度84%高于对照组教学满意度76%,数据差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);比较考核成绩,带教前数据差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),带教后,观察组评判性思维能力、操作考核、理论考核得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组思维能力、理解能力、自主学习能力、学习效率、学习乐趣评分均高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将微课—慕课—翻转课堂立体教学模式应用于临床护理心电知识教学中,可显著提升其考核成绩、教学满意度,并对教学质量有提高作用。 Objective To analyze the effect of micro lesson-mousse lesson-reversal classroom stereo teaching mode in clinical nursing ECG knowledge teaching.Methods Fifty consecutive graduate students who attended the cardiovascular internal medicine practice in our hospital between June 2019 and May 2020 were included in the discussion and divided into groups according to their sequential order,and 25 consecutive graduate students who visited the department of internal medicine between June 2019 and November 2019 were used as the control group to accept the traditional teaching model.25 consecutive nursing students who visited the department between December 2019 and May 2020 as an observation group,received micro lesson-mousse lesson-reversal classroom stereo teaching mode,two groups of nursing students’evaluation results,teaching effect evaluation,teaching satisfaction were compared.Results The 84%of teaching satisfaction in the observation group was higher than the 76%of teaching satisfaction in the control group,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Comparing the evaluation performance,the data before teaching,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of nursing thinking ability,operation assessment and theoretical assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).The thinking of the observation group.The scores of ability,comprehension,autonomous learning,learning efficiency,and enjoyment of learning were higher than those of the control group,and the data were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro lesson-mousse lesson-reversal classroom stereo teaching mode to the teaching of ECG knowledge in clinical nursing can significantly improve its assessment performance,teaching satisfaction,and has an improvement in the quality of teaching.
