摘要
目的微信联合三明治教学法与传统教学法在妇产科实习生临床教学中的效果观察。方法将2018年1月—2019年12月妇产科实习生60例作为研究样本,采用随机数字表法分组,取其中30例作为对照组,采用传统教学法带教;另30例作为实验组,采用微信联合三明治教学法带教。比较两组教学质量及带教满意度差异。结果实验组理论得分、实践得分及带教满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论相较于传统教学方法,微信联合三明治教学法在妇产科实习生的临床带教中教学质量更优,实习生对带教过程的满意度更高。
Objective To study the effect of WeChat-based sandwich teaching in gynecology and obstetrics.Methods 60 interns(from January 2018 to December 2019)were randomly assigned to control group(n=30,conventional teaching)and test group(n=30,WeChat-based sandwich teaching).Teaching quality and satisfaction were probed.Results Theory knowledge,practical skill scores,and teaching satisfaction in test group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional teaching,WeChat-based sandwich teaching can better improve the teaching quality and satisfaction.
