摘要
诊断学是从基础医学向临床医学过渡的桥梁课、基础课,因为它具有很强的实践性和技能性。采用非标准答案考试模式很适用于诊断学这门课程。文章从过程性评价采用非标准化考核的实施方案进行初步探讨。从课堂教学方法和成绩评定标准等多个方面对临床专业课课程进行探索与实践,并与传统教学方法进行比较,结果发现它具有高度的灵活性、探究性和开放性,非标准化考试模式优于传统命题模式。它可以更全面,更合理地评估学生的学习成绩,是高校教学改革趋势所在。
Diagnostics is a bridge course and basic course from basic medicine to clinical medicine,because it has strong practicality and skills.The non-standard answer examination mode is very suitable for the course of diagnostics.This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the implementation scheme of non standardized assessment in process evaluation.This paper explores and practices the clinical professional courses from the aspects of classroom teaching methods and performance evaluation standards,and compares them with the traditional teaching methods.The results show that it has a high degree of flexibility,inquiry and openness,and the non-standard examination mode is better than the traditional proposition mode.It can more comprehensively and reasonably evaluate students’academic performance,which is the trend of teaching reform in colleges and universities.
