医学专业学位研究生课程线上教学模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 课程教学是研究生培养过程中的重要环节,是研究生教育的重要组成部分,与人才培养质量密切相关。近年来随着我国对医学高层次应用型人才需求的不断增加,医学专业学位研究生招生规模随之不断扩大。培养既熟练掌握临床基本技能,又具有临床研究能力的复合型医学人才,为医学专业学位研究生教育提出了新要求。为实现新要求,提升临床医师培养水平,我国实施了医学专业学位研究生与住院医师规范化培训并轨的培养模式。文章分析了在"双轨制"背景下医学专业学位研究生课程教学的现状与存在的问题,结合现代信息技术下线上教学方式的优势,探讨了推进医学专业学位研究生课程线上教学模式改革的策略,以期提升医学专业学位研究生课程教学和人才培养质量。 Curriculum teaching is an important link in the process of postgraduate training and an important part of postgraduate education,which is closely related to the quality of talent training.In recent years,with the increasing demand for medical high-level applied talents in China,the enrollment scale of medical professional degree postgraduates is expanding.Cultivating compound medical talents who not only master basic clinical skills,but also have clinical research capabilities,puts forward new requirements for postgraduate education of medical professional degrees.In order to meet the new requirements and improve the training level of clinicians,China has implemented a training model that combines medical professional degree postgraduates with standardized training of residents.In order to improve the quality of medical professional degree postgraduate curriculum teaching and talent training,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of medical professional degree postgraduate curriculum teaching under the background of"dual track system",and discusses the strategies to promote the reform of online teaching mode for medical professional degree postgraduates based on the advantages of modern information technology online teaching mode.
