Effect of Operating Room Detail Management on Nosocomial Infection Control

目的研究手术室细节护理对医院感染控制的应用价值。方法选入我院2017年5月—2018年6月期间实施手术室细节管理的200例患者,选用数字随机数表法的方式将其平分为研究组与参照组,各100例。参照组行基础的细节护理管理,研究组采用手术室细节管理方式,分析两组患者护理满意度以及感染情况。结果研究组护理满意率为95%相较于参照组满意率75%更高,组间对比(χ^(2)=15.686 3,P=0.000 0),同时,研究组的感染情况低于参照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论手术室细节管理能够有效降低患者感染几率,应用价值较高,可提高医护人员的责任心。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of operating room detail management for hospital infection.Methods 200 patients were enrolled in our hospital from May 2017 to June 2018 to carry out detailed management in operating room.They were divided into study group and reference group,100 cases in each group,using the method of digital random number table.On the basis of the basic detail nursing management of the reference group,the study group added the operation room detail management mode,and compared the nursing satisfaction and infection of the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 95%higher than that of the reference group(75%).The comparison between the two groups(χ^(2)=15.6863,P=0.0000).Meanwhile,the infection rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of operating room detail management in nosocomial infection control can reduce the infection rate of patients,achieve better results,improve the sense of responsibility of medical staff.
