摘要
目的:针对量块在超声清洗过程中可能产生损伤的问题,拟采用一种铝箔测量方法实验分析得出预估的最佳超声清洗条件。方法:使用50μm厚度的铝箔进行超声清洗实验,利用Matlab图像处理技术对铝箔表面因超声空蚀现象产生的腐蚀小孔的腐蚀面积比和小孔分布均匀性进行评价。结果:通过分析实验结果得出了预估的最佳超声清洗条件,并在该条件下使用量块进行超声清洗实验验证了超声清洗量块的可行性。结论:实验结果表明,在超声频率为45 kHz时,当溶液温度为40℃,清洗时间为6 min的情况下,对量块有较好的清洗效果。
Aims:In view of the problem of the gauge block being damaged in the process of ultrasonic cleaning,an aluminum foil measuring method was proposed to obtain optimal ultrasonic cleaning conditions.Methods:The aluminum foils of 50 microns thickness were used for the ultrasonic cleaning experiment.The images of aluminum foil surface corrosion holes were processed with Matlab to evaluate the ultrasonic cavitation corrosion area ratio and pore distribution uniformity.Results:The optimal ultrasonic cleaning condition was obtained through analysis;and the feasibility of ultrasonic cleaning was verified by using the measuring block to carry out ultrasonic cleaning experiments under the condition.Conclusions:The experimental results show that when the ultrasonic frequency is 45 kHz,the solution temperature is 40℃;and the cleaning time is 6 min.Therefore,the mearing block has a good cleaning effect.
