“双一流”建设背景下社会参与大学治理的评价指标体系构建

摘要 社会参与是我国大学治理科学化、民主化的关键方面,大学内部治理对“双一流”建设具有重要影响,有效发挥社会参与在大学治理中的作用是促进“双一流”建设的重要内容。目前,我国社会参与大学治理还存在一些不足之处,鉴于此,初步构建一个包含3项一级指标、9项二级指标、20项三级指标和42项四级指标的社会参与大学治理评价指标体系,并对如何提高社会参与大学治理的能力做出进一步思考,对促进我国“双一流”建设具有一定的理论和现实意义。 Social participation is the key to the scientization and democratization of university governance in China.The internal governance of universities has an important impact on the construction of“Double First-class”.To effectively play the role of social participation in university governance is an important part of promoting the construction of“Double First-class”.At present,there are still some problems in our country s social participation in university governance.In view of this,this paper initially constructs an evaluation index system of social participation in university governance which includes 3 first-class indicators,9 second-class indicators,20 third-class indicators and 42 fourth-class indicators.It also makes further thinking on how to improve the ability of social participation in university governance,which has certain theoretical and practical significance to promote the construction of“Double First-class”in China.
