摘要
后疫情时代教师专业发展生态空间发生全方位变革,在线教学成为“新常态”,生命健康知识引起重视,教师行动空间受限,学校管理复杂多变充满不确定性,给教师专业发展带来新挑战:教师的“互联网+”教学水平亟待提升,整合技术的学科教学知识亟待强化,教师专业发展路径亟待拓展,突发事件预警和应对能力亟待提升。应推进“互联网+”研修,提升教师信息化素养;构建网络实践共同体,增强整合技术的学科教学能力;回归自我具身实践,促进教师自我发展;加强安全教育和实战演练,提升突发事件预警和处置能力。
In the post-epidemic era,the ecological space of teachers professional development has undergone all-round changes.Online teaching has become the“new normal”,life and health knowledge has attracted attention.Teachers action space is limited,and school management is complex and full of uncertainty,which has brought new challenges to teachers professional development.Teachers“Internet+”teaching level needs to be improved,the technological pedagogical content knowledge(TPACK)needs to be strengthened,the path of teachers professional development needs to be expanded,and the ability of emergency warning and disposal needs to be improved.It is necessary to promote“Internet+”training and improve teachers information literacy;build a community of network practice and improve the teaching ability of TPACK;return to self-practice and promote teachers self-development;strengthen safety education and actual combat drills,enhance the ability of emergency warning and disposal.
