摘要
中小学教师持续专业发展是TALIS2018关注的重点,也是各国教育系统中至关重要的环节。为了适应未来的教与学、应对多元文化和关注有特殊需要的学生、满足教师自身在职专业发展的需求,促进各国教师持续专业发展显得尤为重要。TALIS2018第一卷报告中关于教师持续专业发展的内容,体现出中小学教师在持续专业发展的参与率、有效形式、内容与需求、障碍与支持等方面的国际趋势与特点,这将为我国教师持续专业发展提供有益的启示和借鉴。
Continuing professional development of primary and secondary school teachers is the focus of TALIS2018,and is also a vital link in the education system of various countries.In order to adapt to the future of teaching and learning,pay attention to students with multicultural and special needs,and meet the needs of teachers own professional development,it is particularly important to promote teachers continuing professional development in various countries.By analyzing the content of teachers continuing professional development in the first volume of TALIS2018 report,it reflects the international trends and characteristics of primary and secondary school teachers in terms of participation rate,impactful forms,contents and needs,obstacles and supports,which will provide beneficial inspiration and reference for teachers continuing professional development in China.
