夏明翰烈士用其生命和鲜血所铸就的“明翰精神”,内涵丰富、历久弥新,已深深融入到了中华儿女的血脉和灵魂,是中国人民的精神家园,对引领新时代青年大学生的成长成才具有极其重要的时代意义。新时代青年大学生应传承和弘扬夏明翰烈士“为真理而牺牲”的献身精神,“为国民而奋斗”的艰苦创业精神,“为理想而抗争”的敢为人先精神,坚定理想信念,奋斗青春;扎根基层,奉献青春;冲破桎梏,放飞青春。

“Minghan Spirit”,which was created by Martyr Xia Minghan with his life and blood,is rich in connotation and has a long history.It has been deeply integrated into the blood and soul of descendants of Chinese nation,and is the spiritual home of the Chinese people.It is of great significance to lead the growth and development of young college students in the new era.In the new era,young college students should inherit and carry forward the dedication of Martyr Xia Minghan s“sacrificing for truth”,the hard entrepreneurial spirit of“struggling for the nation”,and the courageous spirit of“fighting for the ideal”.Firm ideals and beliefs,strive for youth;take root in the grass-roots level,devote to the youth;break down the shackles,and let go of youth.
