心理健康管理视角下高职教师职业倦怠的干预策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 教师是高职院校的重要教育资源,对高职院校人才培养、教育教学、办学规模具有重要作用。从当前高职院校教师的教育工作发展历程来看,部分教师存在职业倦怠问题,影响到高职教育的持续发展。而将心理健康管理运用到高职教师管理工作中,可以缓解教师存在的职业倦怠心理,提升高职教育质量。基于此,分析心理健康管理及教师职业倦怠的内涵,论述高职教师职业倦怠的成因,提出心理健康管理视角下高职教师职业倦怠干预的意义及干预策略。 Teachers are an important educational resource of higher vocational colleges,which play an important role in talent training,education and teaching,and the scale of running schools in higher vocational colleges.Judging from the current development history of teacher education in higher vocational colleges,some teachers have the problem of professional burnout,which affects the sustainable development of higher vocational education.The mental health management is applied to the management of teachers in higher vocational colleges to resolve the professional burnout of teachers and improve the implementation quality of higher vocational education.In this regard,this paper analyzes the connotation of mental health management and teachers professional burnout,discusses the causes of higher vocational teachers professional burnout,and puts forward the significance and intervention strategies of higher vocational teachers professional burnout from the perspective of mental health management.
