Discussion on the Compulsory Inspection Scope of Electronic Truck Scale for Trade Settlement

电子汽车衡强制检定已经成为基层计量技术机构重要任务,本文从贸易结算对电子汽车衡最大秤量基本需求、当前电子汽车衡质量状况、检定工作量、基层计量技术机构基础条件、强制检定覆盖面执行情况对电子汽车衡强检范围进行探讨,建议用于贸易结算60吨以上(不含)的电子汽车衡不列入强制检定范围。

The compulsory verification of electronic truck scale has become an important task of the grass-roots Metrology Technical Institutions.This paper discusses the scope of compulsory verification of electronic truck scale from the basic demand of trade settlement for the maximum weighing of electronic truck scale,the current quality status of electronic truck scale,the verification workload,the basic conditions of grass-roots Metrology Technical Institutions,and the implementation of compulsory verification coverage,It is suggested that the electronic truck scale used for trade settlement of more than 60 tons(excluding)should not be included in the scope of compulsory verification.
