电子皮带秤全系统温度补偿原理和实践

摘要 本文针对温度对电子皮带秤的影响问题,通过对大量应用试验数据的采集,应用线性回归算法建立了电子皮带秤温度影响的经验公式,并在皮带秤称重显示控制器的研发创新中得以应用,取得了很好的运行效果,困扰业内已久的皮带秤长期稳定性、耐久性等问题,在新型皮带秤的应用中得到了明显的改善。 Aiming at the influence of temperature on the electronic belt scale,this paper establishes the empirical formula of the influence of temperature on the electronic belt scale by collecting a large number of application test data and applying the linear regression algorithm,which has been applied in the research and development innovation of the weighing display controller of the belt scale,and has achieved good operation effect,which has plagued the industry for a long time,such as the long-term stability and durability of the belt scale,it has been improved obviously in the application of the new belt scale.
