超分子溶剂液液微萃取检测塑料玩具中5种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的迁移量 被引量:2

Determination of Migration of Five Phthalic Acid Esters from Plastic Toys by Supramolecular Solvent-based Liquid-liquid Microextraction

摘要 本文建立了基于超分子溶剂液液微萃取检测塑料玩具中5种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的迁移量的气相色谱质谱检测方法。以正辛醇、四氢呋喃和水制备超分子溶剂,分别考察了其制备条件、烷基醇种类、烷基醇用量、四氢呋喃用量等对制备的超分子溶剂萃取性能的影响,并优化了萃取条件涡旋时间。采用气相色谱法检测5种邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂的迁移量,方法的检出限为0.5~1.0μg/L,在不同的添加水平下,平均回收率为94.5%~108.5%。方法操作简便,快速准确,有机试剂使用量极少,可用于实际样品的检测。 A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method based on supramolecular solvents(SUPRASs)liquid-liquid microextraction was developed to detect the migration of five Phthalic Acid Esters(PAEs)from plastic toys.The SUPRASs was prepared from n-octanol,tetrahydrofuran and water.The effects of the preparation conditions,such as the type of alkyl alcohol,the amount of alkyl alcohol and tetrahydrofuran,on the extraction performance of the SUPRASs were investigated,and the vortex time of the extraction conditions was optimized.The migration of PAEs was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The limits of detection was 0.5-1.0μg/L.the average recoveries were 94.5%-108.5%at three spiked levels.The method is simple,accurate and convenient,and can be suitable for the determination of migration of PAES from plastic toys.
