摘要
2019年7月31日,在顺义、朝阳、大兴有多家公司员工共同就餐后,出现腹痛、腹泻等症状到医院就诊。为查明致病原因,控制疾病发展,调查人员迅速展开流行病学调查,以期减小疾病危害。本文调查使用描述性流行病学方法进行食品卫生学调查,并通过实验室检验对疫情原因进行分析。调查显示患者临床症状主要为腹泻、腹痛等,潜伏期12 h,部分留样食品中检出中毒剂量的蜡样芽胞杆菌、涂抹样品中也有蜡样芽胞杆菌检出,部分病例肛拭子中检出血清型别一致的副溶血性弧菌。综上所述,本次事故是一起由送餐公司供餐引起的食源性疾病,副溶血性弧菌和蜡样芽胞杆菌为致病因子。
From July 31 to August 1,2019,employees of many companies in Daxing District,Chaoyang District and Shunyi District ate together,and gradually appeared diarrhea,abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting and other symptoms to medical institutions.In order to find out the cause of disease,control the development of disease and reduce the harm caused by disease,the investigators carried out epidemiological investigation.This paper investigation uses descriptive epidemiology was used to investigate the causes of disease in combination with food hygiene investigation and laboratory examination.The results showed that the main clinical symptoms were diarrhea,abdominal pain and so on.The incubation period was 12 hours,bacillus cereus reached the toxic dose was detected in some sample foods,it was also detected in environmental samples,and Vibrio parahaemolyticus with consistent serotype was detected in anal swabs in some cases.In summary,the accident was a food-borne disease caused by a food delivery company,the pathogenic factors were Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Bacillus cereus.
