摘要
在高速和重载铁路滚子轴承设计中普遍采用凸度滚子,轴承的接触压力分析需要经过比较繁杂的计算过程,给分析设计带来不便。针对铁路滚子轴承中有限长线接触的理论和数值分析问题,介绍了一种有限条数值模型分析方法,它可以使有限长线接触计算得到相对简化。对具有凸度滚子的有限长线接触区上的接触压力和区域形状分析问题,建立了接触问题工程计算方法,提出了高速和重载铁路滚子轴承优化稳健设计,为轴承设计应用和提高轴承可靠性使用性能提供了方法。
The convex roller is widely used in the design of the roller bearing for high-speed and heavy haul railway. The contact pressure analysis of bearing needs complicated calculation process, which brings inconvenience to the analysis and design. This paper introduces a finite strip numerical model analysis method for the theoretical and numerical analysis of finite length line contact, which makes the calculation of finite line length contact relatively simple. At the same time, based on the analysis of the contact pressure and the shape of the finite line contact area of the roller with convexity, the engineering calculation method of the contact problem is established, and the optimal robust design of the roller bearing for high-speed and heavy haul railway is proposed, which provides a method for the design and application of the bearing and the improvement of the reliability and service performance of the bearing.
