摘要 黄顶菊作为一种外来入侵植物,在生物学、危害性、发生特点等方面受到了广泛的关注,而对不同地区黄顶菊的主要成分研究可以为防控治理、综合应用及物种鉴定提供依据。该文选取了4个地区12批次的黄顶菊样品为研究对象,以80%乙醇为提取溶剂,回流提取为黄顶菊样品预处理手段,并优化了黄顶菊高效液相色谱检测条件,其流动相梯度洗脱要求是乙腈-0.0125%TFA水体系:0-25min,14%-18%;25-50min,18%-95%;50-56min,95%;57-65min,14%,最佳检测波长为360nm,确保了检测方法的精密度、重现性和稳定性。在该检测条件下,测定了黄顶菊样品4种黄酮类化合物的主要化学成分,通过样品指纹图谱比较了其主要成分及含量上的差异。 As an alien invasive plant, Flaveria Bidentis(L.) Kuntze has received extensive attentionin terms of biology, harmfulness and occurrence characteristics, etc., and the study of the main compo-nents in Flaveria Bidentis(L.) Kuntze from different areas can provide a basis for prevention and control,comprehensive application and species identification. In this paper, 12 batches of Flaveria Bidentis(L.)Kuntze samples from four regions are selected as the research objects and 80% ethanol is used as the ex-traction solvent. Reflux extraction is used as the pretreatment method of Flaveria Bidentis(L.) Kuntze.The HPLC detection conditions of Flaveria Bidentis(L.) Kuntze were optimized: The gradient elution re-quirements of mobile phase are acetonitrile-0.0125% TFA and water system:0-25 min, 14-18%;25-50 min, 18%-95%;50-56 min, 95%;57-65 min, 14%, and the optimal detection wavelength is 360 nm, whichensures the precision, reproducibility and stability of the detection method. Under the detection condition,the four flavonoids which are the main chemical constituents of the samples are determined, and the differ-ences of their main components and contents are compared by the fingerprint of the samples.
