摘要
为了解黄山职业技术学院学生体质健康现状及营养KAP、生活方式对体质健康的影响,通过整群随机抽样,选取该校15-18级4个年级共1291人为研究对象,分析营养KAP、生活方式与体质健康的相关性。结果显示不同营养知识、营养态度、饮食习惯和生活方式等级的学生体质健康等级比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.01),营养知识好、营养态度好和饮食习惯好是学生体质健康的保护因素;营养知识差、营养态度差和饮食习惯差是学生体质健康的危险因素。建议学校从体力活动、健康教育、营养教育等多维度进行干预,以期提高学生的健康意识,培养良好的饮食习惯及生活方式,促进学生体质健康。
To investigate the current situation of students’ physical health in Huangshan Vocational and Technical College and the influence of nutrition KAP and lifestyle on physical health, a total of1291 students from grade 15 to 18 are selected to analyze the correlation between nutritional KAP and lifestyle and physical health. The results show that there are statistically significant differences among students with different levels of nutrition knowledge, attitudes, eating habits and lifestyles(P < 0.01). Good nutrition knowledge, nutrition attitudes and eating habits are the protective factors of students’ physical health;Poor nutrition knowledge and nutrition attitudes as well as poor and medium eating habits are the risk factors of students’ physical health failing. It is suggested that colleges should intervene in physical activity, health education and nutrition education in order to improve students’ health awareness, develop good eating habits and lifestyles, and promote students’ physical health.
