摘要 3D打印,又称增材制造,始于20世纪80年代。经过近40年来的发展,此技术在生物医疗、工业制造、航空航天、文化创意等方面获得普遍应用。由于其独特的制造方法,为制药、医疗开辟新思路,其中,3D打印技术及3D成型生物医用高分子材料成为近年来研究热点。这种技术及3D成型材料被应用于医疗器械、药物载体、组织器官修复、体外细胞培养之中,本文综述了生物医疗领域的3D打印技术及原理、3D打印高分子材料现状、应用进展,并对未来发展趋势及挑战进行了展望。 Three dimensional(3D)printing,also known as additive manufacturing,began in the 1980s.After nearly 40 years of development,this technology had been widely used in biomedicine,industrial manufacturing,aerospace,cultural creativity,etc.Because of its unique manufacturing method,it had opened up new ideas for pharmaceuticals and medical treatment.Among them,3D printing technology and 3D molded biomedical polymer materials had become research hotspots in recent years.This technology and 3D molding materials were used in medical devices,drug carriers,tissue and organ repair,and in vitro cell culture.This article reviewed the 3D printing technology and principles in the field of biomedicine,the current status and application progress of 3D printing polymer materials,and prospects for future development trends and challenges.
