塑料企业员工满意度评价及其提升路径的研究

Study on the Evaluation and Improvement Path of Employees Satisfaction in Plastic Enterprises

随着中国的不断发展与进步,我国塑料行业进入到了新的发展时期,企业的产业结构、发展理念、运行方式等均产生了巨大的变化。在该时期,企业员工满意度的重要性逐渐凸显。本文通过分析塑料企业的发展现状以及发展环境,以Maslow需要层次理论为理论基础,构建出塑料企业员工满意度层级。并根据该层级对员工的影响程度搭建起塑料企业员工满意度提升路径,以此来对塑料企业的员工满意度进行研究。最终本文根据塑料企业当前现状,探讨了在提升员工满意度过程中企业需要注意并提升的方面,为塑料企业的发展提供参考依据。

With the continuous development and progress of China,the development of Chinese plastics industry had entered a new development period,and the company s industrial structure,development philosophy,and operating methods had all undergone tremendous changes.During this period,the importance of enterprise employee satisfaction gradually become prominent.In this paper,by analyzing the development status and development environment of plastics companies,based on Maslow s hierarchy of needs theory as the theoretical basis,a plastics company employee satisfaction level was constructed.And based on the impact of this level on employees to build a plastic company employee satisfaction improvement path,the plastic company employee satisfaction was studied.Finally,based on the current status of plastic companies,the aspects that companies need to pay attention to was discussed and the process of improving employee satisfaction was improved,providing reference for the development of plastic companies.
