摘要 采用模流分析技术(Moldflow)对含金属嵌件的安全带卡扣注塑成型过程进行分析,提出四种不同浇口设置方案,进行“填充+保压+翘曲”模拟分析,从充填时间、流动前沿温度、熔接线和翘曲变形等方面进行综合比较,确定了最佳浇口设置方案。结果表明,应用Moldflow软件进行模拟分析,可以找出制品在不同浇口设置下产生的各类缺陷,从而避免或消除制品缺陷,进而优化模具设计、降低生产成本,为企业以及技术人员进行制品生产提供借鉴。 The mold flow analysis technology was used to analyze the injection molding process of the seat belt buckle containing metal inserts.Four different gate setting schemes were proposed,and the“filling+holding pressure+warpage”simulation analysis was carried out.From the filling time,the flow front temperature,welding line and warpage deformation were comprehensively compared to determine the best gate setting scheme.The results show that using Moldflow software for simulation analysis can find all kinds of defects produced by products under different gate settings,so as to avoid or eliminate product defects,and then optimize mold design and reduce production costs,which can provide reference for enterprises and technical personnel in product production.
