基于某型号冰箱冷冻抽屉模具结构及工艺优化研究

摘要 随着工业技术的快速发展,塑料应用范围越来越广,在家电行业中,高分子材料已逐渐成为仅次于钢的第二类原材料,也是近年来发展最快的材料,平均增长率约为30%。家电用的高分子材料大部分是热塑性高分子材料,约占90%。与此同时,随着人们物质生活水平的提高,消费者对家电产品品质的要求已不满足于简单的使用性能,对外观、视觉效果也提出了更高的要求。影响家电塑料件品质的因素很多,翘曲变形和熔接痕是导致塑料制品品质下降的主要原因之一。翘曲变形是注射形状偏离模具型腔的形状,它直接影响到塑料件的尺寸精度;熔接痕是两股或多股熔体在相遇时没有完全相融合,在汇合处产生线性凹槽,它直接影响着塑料产品的外观和力学性能。本次研究以减少产品翘曲变形量和熔接痕大小为评价产品质量的研究目标,采用正交设计实验方法优化注射成型工艺参数,利用Moldflow计算机辅助技术进行注射成型模拟分析获得最佳成型工艺。 The application of plastics had been widely used with the development of industrial technology.In the home appliance industry,polymer materials had gradually become the most widely raw materials second only to steel,and become the fastest growing material with a growth rate of 30%.Most of the polymer materials used in home appliances were thermoplastic materials,which was about 90%.At the same time,with the improvement of People's living standards,the requirements of consumers for the quality of home appliances were no longer satisfied with simple use,the higher requirements for appearance and visual effects were also put forward.There were many factors which could affect the quality of plastic parts of home appliances.Warpage and welding marks were the main reasons for the deterioration of plastic products.Warpage deformation was the deviation of the injection shape from the shape of the mold cavity,which directly affected the dimensional accuracy of the plastic part.Weld marks were two or more strands of melt that were not completely fused when they met,resulting in a linear groove at the junction,which directly affected the appearance and mechanical properties of the plastic product.In this study,reducing the amount of product warpage and the size of the weld line was the research goal of evaluating product quality.The orthogonal design experiment method was used to optimize the injection molding process parameters,and the moldflow computing auxiliary technology was used for injection molding simulation analysis to obtain the best molding process.
