摘要 纵向回缩率是管材热稳定性的体现,纵向回缩率越小说明管材的热稳定性越好。在CPVC管材的质量检测过程中,纵向回缩率指标不合格率偏高,为探究影响纵向回缩率指标的因素,我们进行了大量的比对测试,结果表明影响CPVC电缆保护管纵向回缩率的因素中,壁厚的大小起到了最明显的作用。 Longitudinal retraction rate was a reflection of pipe thermal stability.The smaller the longitudinal retraction rate is,the better the thermal stability of the pipe is.In the process of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride(CPVC)pipe quality inspection,the unqualified rate of the longitudinal retraction rate is relatively high.In order to explore the factors affecting the longitudinal retraction rate,a lot of comparison tests were conducted.The results show that the wall thickness plays the most obvious role in the factors affecting longitudinal retraction rate of CPVC cable protection pipe.
