摘要
研究了四种相容剂对PPO/PBT/SEBS复合材料的力学性能影响,并用扫描电镜(SEM)对复合材料的界面相容性进行了研究。结果表明,环氧型相容剂(SG-06,SG-20,PPO-GMA)可以有效改善PPO/PBT/SEBS的加工性能,易拉条造粒,提高力学性能;马来酸酐型相容剂(PPO-MAH)对PPO/PBT/SEBS体系增容作用小。环氧型相容剂中,SG-06的环氧含量适中,既可以增加相容性提高力学性能,融指降低幅度又不大。进一步地,扫描电镜结果表明,环氧型相容剂可以降低两相之间的界面张力,有助于相态的分散。
The influence of four compatibilizers on the mechanical properties of polyphenyl ether(PPO)/polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)/styrene block copolymer(SEBS)composites was studied,and the interface compatibility of the composites was studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that epoxy-type compatibilizers(SG-06,SG-20,PPO-GMA)can effectively improve the processing performance of PPO/PBT/SEBS,easy to pelleting,and improve mechanical properties.Maleic anhydride type(PPO-MAH)has little compatibilization effect on PPO/PBT/SEBS system.Among the epoxy-type compatibilizers,the epoxy content of SG-06 is moderate,which can increase the compatibility and improve the mechanical properties,and the melting index is not greatly reduced.Furthermore,scanning electron microscopy results show that epoxy-type compatibilizers can reduce the interfacial tension between the two phases and help the dispersion of phase states.
