CD64指数在血液病合并感染中的研究进展

Research progress of CD64 index in hematological diseases complicated with infection

感染是血液系统疾病常见的并发症之一。由于血液系统疾病病因及治疗特点,早期感染易发展为脓毒血症,降低患者生存率。近来,CD64指数作为诊断感染的生物学指标,其临床意义已被广泛接受。中性粒细胞CD64在外源病原体或内毒素侵入后数小时表达升高,故对早期感染具有较好的敏感性和特异性,已经用于部分感染患者检测。现就CD64指数在血液系统疾病合并感染中的应用作一综述。

Infection is one of the common complications of hematological disorders.Because of the hematologic disease etiology and treatment characteristics,early infection is prone to develop sepsis and reduce patient survival.The CD64 index,as a biological indicator for diagnosing infection in recent years,its clinical significance has been widely accepted.CD64 on neutrophils would show better sensitivity and specificity for early infection because of its elevated expression several hours after the invasion of exogenous pathogens or endotoxin,and it has been used to detect some patients with infection.The use of the CD64 index in coinfections with hematologic diseases is now reviewed.
