民办高校创新型人才培养路径研究

Research on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Private Colleges and Universities

随着大数据时代的到来,社会对人才的需求发生转变,就民办高校而言,如何创新教育机制和育人模式,提高人才培养质量并形成竞争优势,成为办好高水平民办高校的关键。本文通过分析民办高校创新型人才培养的现状,根据创新环境及人才需求变化所带来的差异,提出了提升民办高校创新型人才培养水平的策略。

With the advent of the era of big data,demands for talents has changed in the society.As far as private colleges and universities are concerned,how to innovate educational mechanisms and education models,improve the quality of talent training and form competitive advantages have become the key to running a high-level private university.This paper analyzes the status and proposes strategies to enhance the cultivation of innovative talents in private colleges and universities,based on the differences brought about by the changes in the innovation environment and talent demands.
