关于空调管路加工成型的可靠性分析与研究

Reliability Analysis and Research on Air Conditioning Pipeline Processing and Forming

随着空调使用普及率的提高,空调在使用过程中的安全性也成为用户关注的重点,当前制冷剂泄漏问题就是较为紧迫的主要问题。本文基于空调分配器冲压、管路折弯在加工过程中的控制,通过调整模具参数、增加检验手段等方式完善空调管路加工工艺,确保管路加工成型的可靠性,在一-定程度上改善售后制冷剂泄漏问题。

With the increase of air conditioning penetration rate,the safety of air conditioning in the use process has become the focus of users’attention,the current refrigerant leakage problem is a more urgent main problem.Based on the control of air conditioning distributor’s stamping and pipeline bending in the processing process,this paper improves the processing technology of air conditioning pipeline by adjusting mold parameters and increasing inspection means,so as to ensure the reliability of pipeline processing and forming and to improve the problem of aftersales refrigerant leakage to a certain extent.
