摘要
开关作为装修和日用电器使用中必不可少的低压电器配件,涉及到每个用户日常使用安全。在实际使用中,因开关本身的不足,及使用环境和所控制负载的差异,难免会发生各种故障。本文结合多年来的实际案例,从开关结构、材料选取、开关弹跳分析等方面,深入分析引起开关发生故障的原因,提出对应的改善方案,尽可能降低故障发生概率,提高用电安全性。
As an essential low-voltage electrical accessory in the decoration and daily use of electrical appliances,the switch involves the safety of each user’s daily use.In actual use,due to the shortcomings of the switch itself,and the difference in the use environment and the controlled load,various failures will inevitably occur.Based on actual cases over the years,this article analyzes the causes of switch failures in terms of switch structure,material selection,switch bounce analysis,etc.,and proposes corresponding improvement schemes to reduce the probability of failure as much as possible and improve the safety of electricity use.
