摘要
本文通过对电机中轴承载荷的作用特点分析研究,结合电机轴承实际应用及装配的工艺特性,通过分析轴承的额定静载荷,提出一种载荷及受力的计算方法,计算得出电机轴承的接触应力值,给出受力特点分析,为电机装配工艺提供参考及标准。
This paper analyzes the action characteristics of bearing load in motor,combines with the practical application and assembly process characteristics of motor bearing,and analyzes the rated static load of the bearing,and proposes a method for calculating the load and force.The contact stress value of the motor bearing is calculated,and the stress characteristic analysis is provided for the assembly process of the motor.
