摘要
本文针对I型自然吸气引射管燃烧器的家用燃气灶,通过仿真计算与试验分析,探究燃气增压对其燃烧性能与火焰状态的影响。结果表明,通过燃气增压与喷嘴调整来保证燃烧热负荷不变,可提高燃气灶的一次空气系数,减少了烟气中的CO、NO_(X)含量,火焰"硬"且更蓝,燃烧更充分;因引射管的自动调节特性[1],固定喷嘴直径,通过改变燃气压力来调节热负荷,燃气灶在全热负荷段烟气中O_(2)、CO、NO_(X)含量不会发生太大变化。
Influence of gas pressurization on combustion performance and flame state of household gas stove withⅠ-type ejector tube burner is explored by the way of simulation calculation and experiment analysis.The results show that the rated heat load can be achieved by gas pressurization and nozzle adjustment,which can improve the primary air coefficient of the gas stove,make the combustion more sufficient,reduce the content of CO and NO_(X)in the flue gas,and make the flame hard and bluer.Due to the automatic regulation characteristics of the ejector tube,the content of O_(2),CO and NO_(X)in the flue gas of the gas stove doesn’t change much while regulating heat load with the method of fixing nozzle diameter andchanging gas pressure.
