The school of Stomatology of Qingdao University uses the tutor group cooperation system to manage the standardized training of resident doctors for graduate students majoring in stomatology,strengthen the process management of standardized training,ensure the standardization and controllability of training,organize daily and staged evaluation and assessment,and ensure the quantification and practicability of the examination.Under the supervision of the tutor group,all the graduate students have passed the standardized training examination of doctors and residents,which has effectively improved the quality of training and education of professional degree graduate students.
