摘要 青岛大学口腔医学院运用导师组协同制管理口腔医学专业学位研究生与住院医师规范化培训并轨教育,加强规范化培训的过程管理,确保培训的规范性和可控性;做好日常及分阶段的评价考核,确保考核的量化性和实用性。在导师组协同监管下,研究生均顺利通过执业医师和住院医师规范化培训考试,切实提高了专业学位研究生培养质量。 The school of Stomatology of Qingdao University uses the tutor group cooperation system to manage the standardized training of resident doctors for graduate students majoring in stomatology,strengthen the process management of standardized training,ensure the standardization and controllability of training,organize daily and staged evaluation and assessment,and ensure the quantification and practicability of the examination.Under the supervision of the tutor group,all the graduate students have passed the standardized training examination of doctors and residents,which has effectively improved the quality of training and education of professional degree graduate students.
