摘要
培育关键核心技术创新是实现创新驱动发展的关键途径,也是当前我国大力推进创新型国家建设、世界科技强国建设的重要环节。结合现实情境需求和研究缺口,从综合视角切入探索如何推动我国关键核心技术创新。解析了关键核心技术创新的特征,分析了关键核心技术溢出内在机理;基于改革开放后的几个关键历史节点,回顾并梳理了40年来我国科技创新的发展历程和新时代下的使命;揭示了我国关键核心技术突破的关键障碍和主要出路;给出了研究结论和展望。
Fostering innovation in key and core technologies is the key to achieve innovation-driven development.It is also an important link in China’s efforts to build an innovation-driven country and a world power in science and technology.Combined with the actual situation demand and research gap,this paper explores how to promote the key core technology innovation in China from a comprehensive perspective.Firstly,the characteristics of key core technology innovation are analyzed,and the internal mechanism of spillover of key core technology is analyzed.Secondly,based on several key historical nodes after the reform and opening up,the paper reviews and sorts out the development process of China’s scientific and technological innovation in the past 40 years and the mission in the new era.Thirdly,it studies the key obstacles and main ways that influence the breakthrough of key core technologies in China.Finally,the conclusion and prospect are given.
