中美贸易新形势下农产品跨境电商发展的困境与对策研究

Research on the dilemma and countermeasures of cross-border e-commerce development of agricultural products under the new Sino-US trade situation

中美贸易摩擦爆发极大地改变了中国的外贸环境,对农产品跨境电商也有着明显的影响。农产品认证比较落后,存在容易受到绿色壁垒影响、信用体系与信息安全建设水平不高、农产品出入境便利度不高、农产品跨境电商面临人才短板等一系列问题,致使中国跨境电商在应对市场风险时办法不多。应借助农产品跨境电商平台倒逼农产品质量提升、加快提高农产品跨境电商物流水平、大力推进农产品跨境电商园区建设、注重发挥跨境电商平台的大数据技术作用、加快农产品跨境电商人才引进和培养等措施,促进农产品跨境电商持续健康发展。

The outbreak of Sino-US trade frictions has greatly changed China’s foreign trade environment,and also has a significant impact on cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products.A series of problems exist such as relatively backward agricultural product certification,vulnerability to green barriers,low level of credit system and information security construction,low entry and exit convenience of agricultural products,talent shortage of cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products and so on,which make China’s cross-border e-commerce have few ways to deal with market risks.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products under the new Sino-US trade situation,we should use the cross-border e-commerce platform of agricultural products to force the improvement of the quality of agricultural products,accelerate the improvement of the logistics level of cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products,vigorously promote the construction of cross-border e-commerce parks for agricultural products,pay attention to the role of big data technology of cross-border e-commerce platform,and speed up the introduction and training of talents for cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products.
