多肽抗肿瘤机制及应用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 由于缺少有效的治疗手段,恶性肿瘤已成为当今医学界最棘手的疾病之一,是全世界公认的医学难题。手术、放疗及化疗等传统治疗方式效果并不理想,且具有较强的毒副作用。与其它抗肿瘤药物相比,活性多肽具有分子量小、不良反应少、靶向性强的优点。分子药理学研究表明,多肽能够通过破坏肿瘤细胞膜结构、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡和周期阻滞、抑制肿瘤血管生成及提高机体免疫力等多种途径发挥抗肿瘤作用。因此,活性多肽已被广泛应用于肿瘤的诊断与治疗,并成为抗肿瘤药物的研发热点之一。笔者参考近年来文献,对活性多肽的抗肿瘤作用机制及应用进行归纳整理,以期为今后抗肿瘤多肽研究及药物的研发提供新的思路。 Cancer has become one of the most intractable diseases in the medical field, and it has been recognized as a medical tough problem all over the world. Traditional treatment methods, such as surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, cannot achieve an ideal result, but have toxic and side effects. Compared with other anti-tumor drugs, the active polypeptides have advantages of low molecular weight, few toxicity and side effects, and strong targeting to tumors. The molecular pharmacology studies showed that peptides play an important role in anti-tumor by destroying tumor cell membrane structure, inducing the apoptosis and cycle arrest of tumor cells, inhibiting the tumor angiogenesis and enhancing the immunity of patients. Therefore, active peptides have been widely used in cancer diagnosis and treatment, and have become one of the hot research topics of anti-tumor drugs. In this article, we expatiated on the mechanism of interaction between peptides and cancer, and summarized the anti-tumor application of active peptides in recent years, hoping to provide references for future research of anti-tumor peptides.
