政党协商是新时代为坚持和完善我国社会主义协商民主体系而提出的创新举措,也是中国共产党百年历史当中一项重要的探索成果。这项成果汲取了近现代中国在探索处理政党关系问题上的实践经验和历史教训,内蕴着鲜明的人民性,即坚持以人民为中心的价值导向。由此,在当代中国,无论是执政党还是参政党,都必须走群众路线,全心全意为人民服务。归结为一点,就是要始终坚持中国共产党的领导。这是推进我国政党协商最主要的遵循原则。

Party consultation is an innovative measure to improve China’s socialist deliberative democracy system,which is also an important exploration achievement in the centennial history of the Communist Party of China.The history of the party relations in modern China shows that the power-centered party relations can not work in China,and only the people-oriented party relations can meet the local reality.Nowadays,adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China and adhering to the mass line is still the value orientation and principle of promoting party consultation in China,and it is also an inevitable choice for China to adhere to its institutional self-confidence in the future.
