摘要
目前,压裂支撑剂的检测方法主要依据SY/T 5108-2014《水力压裂和砾石填充作业用支撑剂性能检测办法》进行。对支撑剂破碎率和浊度的检测方法进行了深入研究,通过实验数据对比和分析,得出影响检测准确度的因素;同时,优化了检测方法,提高了支撑剂的检测准确度和效率,更好地为油田压裂提供数据支撑。
At present,the testing method of fracturing proppant is mainly based on SY/T 5108-2014"Testing Method of Proppant Per⁃formance for Hydraulic Fracturing and Gravel Packing".On the basis of the existing standard detection method,the detection methods of proppant breakage rate and turbidity are deeply studied in this paper;At the same time,the detection methods are optimized to im⁃prove the detection accuracy and efficiency of proppant,and provide better data support for oilfield fracturing.
