摘要 采用体积管对刮板流量计进行在线检定,既能准确完成刮板流量计的实时检测,同时也不会影响原油的交接计量。用体积管对0.2级刮板流量计进行检定,发现流量计首次检定时示值误差最大为-0.27%,重复性最大为0.02%,误差呈负方向偏移,超出了最大允许误差范围。用器差调整器对流量计的误差按照+0.25%进行修正后再次检定,误差修正至0.10%,结果表明,器差调整器的实际误差修正值与理论修正值有明显差距。修正后流量计的重复性最大为0.05%,较修正前有所下降。 The online calibration of the scraper flowmeter with the volume tube can not only accurately complete the real-time detec⁃tion of the scraper flowmeter,but also will not affect the transfer measurement of crude oil.It is found that when the scraper flowmeter is calibrated for the first time,the maximum indication error is-0.27%and the maximum repeatability is 0.02%,which is a negative de⁃viation and exceeds the maximum allowable error range.The error of the flowmeter is corrected by+0.25%using instrument deviation adjuster and then it is detected again.The error is corrected to 0.10%,which shows that there is a significant difference between the ac⁃tual error correction value and the theoretical correction value.The repeatability of the flowmeter after correction is 0.05%,which is lower than that before correction.
