摘要
针对临兴致密气钻井过程中井下漏失、溢流、缩径、掉块等复杂情况频繁发生,单趟钻进尺少,钻进速度慢,钻井周期长等问题,开展了对山西临兴致密气的地质特点、钻井过程中钻头选型和整体提速增效的研究。通过采用优化钻头选型、钻具组合和钻井液体系的提效措施,很大程度上提高了临兴致密气的单趟钻进尺和机械钻速,缩短了钻井周期,形成了针对临兴致密气钻井的钻头选型方案和提速技术,通过LX-4井和LX-8井的现场应用,钻井工期整体提效25.3%,具备推广应用价值。
In the drilling process of tight gas reservoir in Linxing area,downhole leakage,overflow,shrinkage,block falling and other complex situations occur frequently,with less drilling footage per trip,slow drilling speed and long drilling cycle.Therefore,the geologi⁃cal characteristics of this tight gas reservoir,bit selection and speed-increasing and efficiency-increasing in drilling process are stud⁃ied.By optimizing the bit type,BHA and drilling fluid system,the drilling footage per trip and ROP of Linxing tight gas reservoir are greatly improved,the drilling cycle is shortened,and the bit selection scheme and speed-up technology for Linxing tight gas reservoir are formed.The field application of LX-4 and LX-8 wells shows that the drilling efficiency in overall drilling period is improved by 25.3%,and the bit selection scheme and speed-up technology are worthy of popularization and application.
