摘要
在经济型住宅风景园林工程建设中引入限额设计以有效和准确地控制工程造价,应用建模工具分析影响限价设计的主要人、材、机元素变化规律,以限额设计方法为基础构建风景园林工程的限额设计模型.收集广东32例经济型住宅风景园林项目工程的数据,通过因子分析法和回归分析法建立限额设计模型,并通过层次分析法建立广东经济型住宅风景园林项目工程的评分模型,最后通过某案例验证风景园林项目工程限额设计模型和评分模型的可靠性和准确性.最终得到的限额设计模型为:Y=0.509A_(2)+2.119A_(3)+2.889B_(1)+0.349B_(2)+2.408C_(1)+1.903C_(2)-43.468.评分模型为:S=15.38A_(1)+40.54A_(2)+1.62A_(3)+4.15B_(1)+24.54B_(2)+3.81B_(3)+1.82C_(1)+6.92C_(2)+1.22C_(3).通过实证分析也验证了限额设计模型和评分模型的可靠性和准确性.该研究建立的多元线性回归模型可帮助风景园林师进行设计,准确可靠地对风景园林项目工程造价进行控制.
In order to control the engineering cost effectively and accurately,the quota design is introduced in the construction of the economical residence landscape architecture engineering,and the change law of the main human resources and machinery elements influencing the design of the price limit is analyzed with the modeling tool,and the quota design model of landscape architecture engineering is constructed based on the quota design method.By collecting 32 cases of affordable housing in Guangdong landscape project engineering data,limitation design model is established through factor analysis and regression analysis,and through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish Guangdong score model of affordable housing landscape architecture project,and the landscape architecture engineering design model and scoring reliability and accuracy of the model is validated through a case study.The final quota design model is Y=0.509A_(2)+2.119A_(3)+2.889B_(1)+0.349B_(2)+2.408C_(1)+1.903C_(2)-43.468.The scoring model is S=15.38A_(1)+40.54A_(2)+1.62A_(3)+4.15B_(1)+24.54B_(2)+3.81B_(3)+1.82C_(1)+6.92C_(2)+1.22C_(3).The reliability and accuracy of quota design model and rating model are also verified by empirical analysis.The multiple linear regression model established by this study can help landscape architects to design and control the construction cost of landscape architecture projects accurately and reliably.
