汽车检测与维修技术专业实践教学改革探究——以大理农林职业技术学院为例

Research on Practical Teaching Reform of Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Technology

教学与社会需求不匹配是当今职业教育所面临的痛点及难点。本文以大理农林职业技术学院汽车检测与维修技术专业为探寻对象,以实践教学改革为切入点,通过专业办学背景、实践教学改革探索及成效等方面进行分析研究,提出"分层次、多形式"实践教学模式。实践表明,该模式一方面有利于教师专业教学素养的提升,另一方面也有利于学生实践能力、职业素养及就业质量等方面的提升。这对相关院校同类专业具有一定的参考价值。

Nowadays,the mismatch between teaching and social needs is the pain point and difficulty that vocational education faces.This article takes the vehicle inspection and maintenance technology major of Dali Vocational and Technical College of Agriculture and Forestry as the object of exploration,takes the practice teaching reform as the breakthrough point,through the specialized school-running background,the practice teaching reform exploration and the effect to carry on the analysis research,the practical teaching mode of"multi-level and multi-form"is proposed.The practice shows that this mode is beneficial to the improvement of teachers’professional teaching quality,on the other hand,it is also conducive to the improvement of students’practical ability,professional quality and employment quality.This is of great reference value to the similar majors in relevant colleges.
